# Iron Fountain service status > Aggregate availability of Iron Fountain services, monitored independently from AWS. Customer names, domains, preview URLs and identifiers are private and are never included in this status feed. A snapshot older than three minutes is stale and does not establish current availability. HTTPS checks do not verify every page or feature. Each region confirms incidents after two failed checks and recovery after two successful checks. Components are production hosting, staging/previews, control panel, API, MCP, and the Iron Fountain website. API checks include database connectivity; MCP checks cover connection and authentication discovery, not execution of every authenticated tool. The page shows 72 hourly bars: the current hour and the preceding 71 hours. All displayed times use the visitor's local timezone, which is identified on the page. Each service shows uptime calculated as successful component-minute samples divided by all recorded samples across both regions in this window. Missing observations are excluded; no samples means no percentage. A sample passes only if all its monitored endpoints pass; a failed recheck within the minute remains a failure without adding another sample. Gray hours have no observations. The current hour is incomplete. Regional feeds expose `hourlyHistory` with UTC hour timestamps, component check totals, and first/last observation timestamps. They also retain daily aggregates for 90 days in `history`; the hourly page never infers hourly data from these daily totals. History and uptime totals were reset on September 18, 2026 UTC (September 17 Pacific), and now accumulate only from new checks after that reset. Manually published incident updates, when present, are supplied separately. ## Current observations - [US East observations](https://status.ironfountain.com/regions/us-east-1.json): Timestamped aggregate component health and recent incidents. - [US West observations](https://status.ironfountain.com/regions/us-west-2.json): Independent timestamped observations. - [Documented incidents](https://status.ironfountain.com/incidents.json): Public incident summaries with affected service categories and observed time windows. - [Status page](https://status.ironfountain.com/): Human-readable combined view. - [Product documentation](https://www.ironfountain.com/llms.txt): Guides to using Iron Fountain.
